Welcome to the new M29c Weasel.Com!

Mike Howard and Liberty Auto Restoration would like to thank you for visiting M29cWeasel.com.  We are currently in the process of working with Steve Grammont to help update and continue to build the strong Weasel community that he started.  We would like to thank Steve for the great idea of a weasel website, and all the hard work he has put into this site over the years.

Some of the first changes to the site that you will notice are an upgraded discussion forum in an effort reduce spam and help allow new members to join more easily.

We are also looking forward to posting many more updates on upcoming events, how-to articles and videos, and current news regarding weasels.

We are looking to anyone who can contribute any content or ideas to the site.  Please feel free at any time to drop us a line

Sincerely,

The Liberty Auto Team

6/13/01 - There is a new article detailing the French Tracks in the Artilces section. More additions to the Track History and Repair Articles.

5/23/01 - I've decided to try using BBS Forums for the "Want Lists" and "For Sale" Areas because it means there are no bottlenecks to get the stuff posted. If you have JPGs you want to display, use 'UBB Code' or HTML coding in the post itself. If you don't have a way to host images online, send 'em my way and I will post them for you. If this arrangement doesn't work, then we can try something else.

5/21/01 - Posted two new tidbits to the Article Area speculating about possible military field repair kits for broken/weakened tracks and a basic history of Weasel tracks.

5/20/01 - The new Discussion Area is alive to test ou. Added three more profiles and an additional three pictures of John Dallimore's M29 Weasel in the Owners Area. Shrank the image based links on the right to help out 800x600 users. Text links will be added with the next site update.

5/1/01 - Added an article written by Gary Szechy documenting his work to overhaul his brakes.

4/15/01 - Starting the ball rolling in the Gallery section. More profiles put up in the Owners Area. The Navigation Tracks were also moved up a bit which should hopefully help the 800x600 folks.

3/26/01 - Added information to the Owners Area, including an improved Weasel Tracker Database. This Area is now structurally complete, but is in need of info from owners!

3/24/01 - Reorganized the sections a bit. Added Serial Number Database to the Articles Area.

3/23/01 - Started the Owners and Articles Areas rolling.

3/22/01 - The site lives!
